What MEX Security can do ??

MEX has been upgrade their system also their security system.

The reason they do so is to make the system more friendly to user.

Is it true ??

Of course, MEX develop the system based on what users need it (usually they got an idea from User Conference). That's why MEX always have something new in their system such as new features.

I've been looking MEX since their launch MEX 8.5 and it was totally different with the current system.

Different from the start-up screen until the security ability. But today, i am gonna gave tell you a few ability of MEX 12.x.x.x (current system that i have in here). Well, actually now they already launch the new system which is MEX 12.4 and FleetMEX 5.1.

In MEX 12.x.x.x (or MEX 12.3.0.1 in my desktop), MEX has approve that their system have something new in Security. With the new Security you can block user/s by accessing single form and report or single button (inside the form) or removing label, text box, grid lines,check boxes and many more.

this picture show you that MEX Security can block text boxes, button, list boxes, combo boxes even tab units. So don't be worry on your database, because you can expect more with MEX Security. Every single user could had different Groups with different Security.

The first thing that you must do is Create Security Matrix for every single users that had an access to MEX, then describe or categorize that Security Matrix into Groups. After the Groups finish the you were ready to generates the Security on MEX.
